Yes, the level of UX realization of technology is low, which is why I am unsatisfactorily with this poll of ZF. 
What is the UX execution level of Zebra, Frost, ZCG support, Community support, PFP? They are all essential, but it seems no different with 4 years ago for normal users.
For 8 years, currently, only Sapling update is a huge valuable feature for users, making mobile wallets useable at first time. Orchard update paves the way for the future, not now.
‘Privacy is normal’ is not enough, Zcash should be usable enough.
