iancoleman’s website is for BIP-32/39/44 and only applies to transparent addresses in zcash. Shielded address derivation follows ZIP-32 and ZIP-316.
I am building a tool similar to Ian’s for ZIP-32 into YWallet.
Edit: Here it is.

Any update on this?
Hello, Is there any updates about the tool you are testing?
I would have to look back and check but I think that this would have been announced before the decision to begin deprecating zcash , so may be possible the work on this tool stopped, not sure. The Ywallet recovery tools have been available for a while.
I recommend using the YWallet recovery tools for now. Full support for Zcashd wallet recovery is being implemented as part of the process of deprecating zcashd and creating a replacement wallet, but it will be a while before that’s ready, largely because the zcashd wallet has several different HD derivation mechanisms. For most users, it’s recommended to restore from either a backup of the wallet.dat
file or a wallet dump file because before zcashd v4.7.0 only Sapling keys were derived from an HD seed at all; the rest of the keys (Sprout and transparent) were derived directly from system randomness and are only recoverable from a backup.
