There is no evidence that it’s really Satoshi, and there is no need to increase the block size since blocks are currently mostly empty (and when they weren’t, it was because of spam)

if we want to be used as a digital cash system for the entire world the block size will need to eventually increase. Visa processes 150M transactions per day…

I don’t think any existing blockchain can support 150M tx per day. In any case we can increase the block size when the need truly arises
