Every pool is having issues. We are not 24 hours in yet. Give it time for everyone to fix issues. It took months for us to get working miners and optimizations, so issues will take a little time to iron out.
i had 0.009X immature which should have also increased slightly when next block was found
next time i checked my immature was 0.003X
right now its sitting at 0.003X confirmed

The payments are currently manual because there are some technical issues, but you all will get paid. No exceptions.

There are serious issues with zcash daemon, such as this:
When sending coinbase funds to a zaddr, the nodeās wallet does not allow any change. Put another way, spending a partial amount of a coinbase utxo is not allowed. This is not a consensus rule but a local wallet rule due to the current implementation of z_sendmany. In future, this rule may be removed.
And this:
So many bugs in that wallet. I had to resync twice. Some funds show failed but are sent. You send again and coins are paid twice.
We are working hard to overcome such obstacles. If you are angry, take that anger uppon Zcash developers, because what they released is half working product.
