Used Bittrex for a few weeks, had to open two tickets due to security problems, and now 15 days later both my tickets (204818) are still waiting for a response from their support. And I lost half my value in that time, they say they respond to all tickets in 24 to 48 hours, I wish. Please help me update this to a positive comment Bittrex.

Security issues such as?
- Unauthorized access via API?
- Withdrawal from strange IP addresses?
- Withdrawals on hold?
Have 2FA enabled/IP whitelist enabled?
