Месяц назад я переводил zec на другой кошелек и они не пришли, что на тот кошелок, что и обратно. Кто сталкивался с этой проблемой? И как можно решить эту проблему!

Я уже отправлял запрос в службу поддержки Poloniex и все без успешно. Отвечают однообразно и что самое главное проблема не решается и все никак не может сдвинуться с мертвой точки.
If the transaction was sent from poloniex to another wallet, go to transactions and copy the Id and open a trouble ticket with where it was sent to, and then wait.
If you sent the transaction to poloniex then you have to again copy the transaction ID, add it to the trouble ticket to poloniex and then wait.
Those are you ONLY options, no one here can make them move any faster than they want to
