You haven’t bothered to give any information on any specifics. You just posted an error and said “How do I fix this?”
What software are you using to run the pool? Is your zcash daemon configured correctly? Have you followed the instructions laid out by the developer of the pool software you’re attempting to use?
Have you read all the documentation provided with each of the tools you’re setting up? (Pool software, daemon, database etc)

I’m not proficient enough to be able to help you out here. I’ve setup a private pool a few times and each time I had to do a LOT of reading in order to get it to work. I recommend you do the same as well. It’s not a simple task and you really do need to know how each of the tools required to run a pool functions.
