Hello, I found some old zcash on my ledger nano s. Couldn’t send it to kraken despite firmware update and deinstall and reinstall the zcash app on ledger. bought a new ledger nano x, same result. I then activated YWallet with my 24 word seed phrase. There it shows 0,000 (while on ledger wallet there is a positive account). I’m not a technical guy. What can I do? And it’s still christmas.
If the address on Ywallet is the same as on ledger then you need to rescan the wallet. if the addresses are not the same, then you need to use the Ywallet sweep tool or the zkool ledger recovery tools. The wallet is also available on the app stores

I also had a ledger device, but since I cannot send with it, I imported my seeds to Ywallet. However, I can’t seem to find my all balances, even tried sweep. they recomended to to check Zkool but still there, I can only see half of the balance.
Only have one xpub; Somehow, I cannot see the whole balance in Ywallet. I can only see the one UTXO balance; the rest of the UTXOs are not loaded. I tried to import, choosing different account index like 0, 1, and 2 and the sweep tool as well, no joy. What else can I try? 
Ywallet and Zkool are the only 2 wallets that ever really had any kind of extra recover-ability functions. Zkool is the newer wallet. It supercedes Ywallet with active maintenance and you could try it.

Hey everyone, I have a few ZEC in my Zashi wallet and I’ve tried sending some of them to another zec address and I have also tried to swap them to Near/Solana USDC but after “Transaction Pending” page nothing really happens. It’s been couple of days now. I’ve also tried to import my seed onto another ZEC wallet but I don’t see my balance there (assuming because I shielded them). Any ideas? Not TXID, anything.
You can try changing servers to see if that works.

Or you can use the ones that appear in Zashi’s advanced options.
And if you want to restore your wallet in another app, you can use Zingo Wallet or Zkool. In the latter, select the option: Use Internal Change before restoring.
The pending transaction appears to involve the swap. You can join the discord, that’s where people usually post issues with zashi, in the ecc-zashi thread in the wallets category.
Hi, I need some help restore my zec account. I have some mining payouts to a number of different transparent addresses back in 2018. They were stored on a Ledger Nano S. Since Ledger dropped support for Zcash Shielded app for Nano S users, I can’t send my zec anymore. The only way to get my zec out without upgrading Ledger is by restoring to a hot wallet using seed phrases. I tried YWallet and Zkool, but neither can find all my zec. ChatGPT suggested that I use a full node wallet such as zecwallet to scan all old transparent derivation paths, but it looks like zecwallet is no longer working. I’m stuck and really need any help I can get.
Ywallet and Zkool are the only two wallets with Ledger recovery. There is the possibility that the balance you see is reflecting the fees required to spend it. Each note input in a tx incurs a minimum fee and if your payouts were numerous and of relatively small quantities then the calculated fees can have a meaningful impact.
Thanks. Update: I was able to recover my old zec using YWallet’s sweep tool with private keys.

I have tried importing my wallet into Zingo but no dice, balance still shown as 0.
