Potential danger of the default anonymity

Recently, the korean police reported a sex traffic organization that used cryptocurrency as payment. Monero was used as anonymous payment mainly because of its default anonymity. Not long after that, Bithumb, the largest crypto exchange in Korea, delisted Monero from their site.

I know that Zcash will ultimately be updated to only have anonymous z-addr, but the default anonymity can possibly make Zcash an easy target for regulation. What do you guys think? Should Zcash keep t-addr alive and give exchanges an option to choose between t-addr and z-addr?
