Public key to t address

I have ZEC public key. I want to find out the t-address associated with this public key.
Any help in terms of code is highly appreciated.

There is a zcash-cli command though I’ve never used it, this requires a zcashd full node

I think it’s the same method as bitcoin but with a different base58 prefix: 1cb8
