This application follows our launch announcement, in which we outline a new mechanism for team to interact with the Coinholder-Directed Retroactive Grants Program.
The Funding Model we are pioneering includes funding and working with promising new teams that we think will build valuable products for the Zcash ecosystem, and seeking a Coinholder Retroactive Grant for the cost plus 20% for our time and financial risk.
We will consider any YES votes to be implicit support of this type of model and a signal to move forward with more projects like this, with the understanding that not all future grants will necessarily be approved just because we funded them. We will consider outright NO votes to be against this model and not a reflection of the project itself.
