Why work on Sapling when we already have Orchard ? → since the implementation of sapling on the Nano App is ready we are in a very good position as soon as we have support with the web wallet to submit this to review. This would speed up a lot the process towards Ledger release. Yes, M1 is going to take less than 2 months. As per the ETA for M3, we plan to initiate this work as soon as we submit sapling.
