I implemented new miner OptiminerZcash which is dooing pretty nice !
I turned 1300 MH/s in ethereum to 5300 H/s in Zcash in this new miner 
(confirmed in pool)
60% are R9 380 and 40% are RX470
All my R9 380 have like 90 sol with unmodded bios (without tighter timings) so even more with timings and >1500 MHz in memory ! i suppose 110 sol.s
while RX470 have 120 sol.s
