There is no difference, just a name afaik

I/s is whole cycle of generating and finding solutions, curlently with tromp algo we can find about 1.88 solutions per cycle, but if someone find better algorithm maybe we can find more sollution from one whole cycle… From mining view only sol/s matter. H/s if it is not I/s then it is hashes per sec (solution of problem is a hash) so H/s = sol/s …

They are same in practical sense. I have 102 Hash/s with www.Genesis-Mining.com and 100 Sol/s with www.Zcash-Miner.com. Both are yielding almost same amount of ZEC per day.
