I’m playing around private ZCash mining, and get little balance. I’m curios how do make a transfer between my pc to another pc? (not sure how it call , but i call it pc)

For that I think you don’t have to do a transfer (like money tranfer) but more a new setup of the same wallet.
I think it involves exporting your wallet and importing it back on the new setup.
Not sure how to do that with zcash ATM, maybe someone can give more details
