How can anyone not assume he just pointed his machines for himself thinking that worthless 10x hash when the hype was over would be enough to placate people?

It looks like we are now coming back online.

I have verified that we are correctly submitting shares to flypool. I recommend that any users who continue to have trouble switch over to flypool for now:

If you wish, you can also add a worker ID on flypool, by doing this:

I can’t tell with suprnova very easily whether it’s working. If someone can let us know if it’s working with suprnova or other pools, that would be nice.

Our load balancing algorithm isn’t working very well yet. It needs some tweaking. Currently, we are giving a single customer 300 H/s. That will change every 5 minutes, but it’s still imperfect. We’ll try to improve that over the next few days, but it’s not the highest priority, as we’re still getting all of our hardware back online and fixing some issues with particular pools.

We’re also currently skipping over incorrectly configured pools. I’ll try to get the code written today to pass error messages back to the user when a pool doesn’t work.

I’m not seeing any action at my flypool address.

ALSO - we’ve got several people on here asking for refunds. Could we please take them up on that? I assume that could lessen the load for your other customers that are still waiting in line for the hashrate they paid for…

Some compensation is definitely in order here.

If someone can keep track of the relative value of 1 H/s at various times, and make that data available as a csv or graph, that would be helpful for later. (Keep in mind that it’s only 1 day into the contracts, and that slow start makes the potential mining revenue lower during the start (although the difficulty was also lower…))

We will be getting things working before we talk more about refunds and compensation. Our priority is getting things working. I hope you can understand.

so is it quite ovbious you oversold the hash you had? and this whole problem is because you got greedy didn’t wanna turn down sales and created a fractional mining operation?
i thought it was weird everytime you “sold out” you magically had tons more hashes for sale almost instantly.
those hashes never existed did they? :confused:
what a shame.

edit: would def explain why you can only direct hashes at certain customers at a time…

Pissed doesn’t even begin to say how I feel, really.

To be honest, I loved the cocky eff you banter Jonathan was going around with, proudly trumpeting his service. Kinda got me pumped to use, it and in the end I was sold.
That’s definitely not the case.

I have no idea whats going on still. And i Have no idea if the issue will continue to be on my end or his too. This is a huge strain. Updating us on issues would relieve our stress big time. And saying your going to skip over those who paid for the same service but have input issues on their end doesn’t put me at ease either.

sorry but such a tactic has a huge disadvantage as the pool pays according to PPLNS to discourage pool hopping. What you need it a stable and steady hashrate to receive optimal payouts.

As I said before it is whether you provide steady hashrate that I have paid for or unfortunately I will be asking for a full refund.

Noted. We will try to smooth out our hashrate as soon as possible.

Most of the reason why you haven’t been getting consistent hashrate is due to crashing, not our switching algorithm. We’ve only been in operation for 10 minutes at a time so far today.

Can someone calculate how many BTC per H/s they should have earned in the first 24 hours if things were working optimally, please?
