Has anyone at the ECC or Zcash Foundation approached any countries about having a portion of their wealth funds allocated to holding ZEC?

I feel like conversations like this are almost DOA until Zcash is POS.

Why would that be? It’s still a store of value (err well sort of 
). If El Salvador is buying BTC why can’t Switzerland buy ZEC?

Prepare some demo wallets, Get a suit, and fly down to Bern.
I dont see why Zcash shouldnt be used g2g (Government to Government) or b2b (Bank to Bank) too.
We need institutional adoption, institutional utility. The first project to do that, will take crypto from proof of concept to proof of working…
Utility in real life is key imo…
