Why is Zcash difficulty so high all week?

Its only going to increase over time, probably plateau over 8M in the coming weeks
The whole Nethash increase 20~30% daily this week, from 380M to 500M. But ZEC/BTC decrease from 0.054 to 0.034. With GPU mining, ETH is more profitable with RX580, why Zcash nethash increase so quickly, ETH doesn’t, just because ETH will move to POS?
