Will there be any update from orchard pool to newer one?
I’m new to Zcash, but researching, I realized that there have already been some pool updates, like Orchard, which is why I’m wondering if there will be any further planning for a new pool.
Will this change from POW to POS generate a new pool?
I hope not 
AFAIK currently there is no good reason to update to a new pool. Orchard/Halo2 were created to mainly get rid of trusted setup, among other reasons. I think PoS won’t require creating a new pool.
Maybe when the switch to post-quantum is made? But that’s not super urgent.
