I deleted every driver I could. But when you go to device manager and select update diver and choose your own, three still appear. One being the newest driver which crashes claymore.
Where do I find the drivers to delete them so windows cannot reload them?
I already installed the AMD manager and set hardware advanced properties to not auto update.

If Windows is automatically updating your drivers, this feature can be disabled through Group Policy Editor.

There is one feature discussed (do not download drivers with updates) that will be particularly useful. Regarding your current predicament, you should be able to rollback your drivers to the desired version in device manager.
