Hello everyone,
We are pleased to present our proposal ZcashArabia (June to September 2026), following the progress and success we have achieved in recent periods.
We would like to begin by emphasizing that we respect every member of the ZCG committee. Our goal is not to challenge anyone personally, but to ensure a fair, transparent evaluation process.
Important Points
- Every commitment agreed upon during our February 2026 meeting with the ZCG committee has been completed in full. We collaborated with ZecHub, delivered the requested work, and provided extensive evidence through our monthly reports as well as confirmations from ecosystem partners. All supporting materials have already been shared with the committee and in our reports.
- Our team has demonstrated that it is highly active, committed, and full of energy. Our community is active and continues to grow, and our metrics clearly reflect that. In addition, supporting data from ecosystem partners has also been shared privately with the committee.
- We remain committed to expanding our real-world presence. We plan to organize multiple IRL events during late July or early August. Please also note that our previous work already included community events, webinars, competitions, and merchandise, all aimed at strengthening engagement within the Arabic-speaking Zcash community.
Some work we did from Mid-February 2026 to June 2026 (Please refer to our monthly reports below for full details.) - We only got funding from Feb. to May.
- Bringing ~200 ZODL wallet downloads through our campaigns and community initiatives during May and June.
- Educated more than 230 Arabic-speaking users about Zcash, privacy, and self-custody through our Academy, educational content, webinars, and community activities.
- Produced and localized more than 60 educational resources, including articles, guides, lessons, and translations, in addition to some videos, infographics, threads.
- Grew our community from:
- 200 → 420 Telegram members (+105%)
- 400 → 910 X followers (+125%)
- 100 → 220 Academy participants (+110%)
- Hosted multiple community events, webinars, contests, and campaigns with ~500 total participants in total
- Onboard 90+ users to ZcashNames.
- Launched new Academy tracks including Rust Development and Security & Privacy with gamification
- Collaborated with multiple Zcash ecosystem projects, including ZecHub, ZcashNames, CipherPay and Red·Bridge with plans to make more collaboration.
- Launched community activities such as: (Eidiya Merch Campaign, World Cup Prediction web app, Draw Your Country Flag with the Zcash Logo Contest).
We respectfully ask the committee to evaluate this proposal based on the complete body of evidence that has been submitted and the measurable impact we have delivered over the past several months. We remain fully committed to contributing to the long-term growth of the Zcash ecosystem in the Arabic-speaking world.
