We have been working since January 2025.
We received a grant from ZecHub (approximately $4,350) for a period of five months.
We worked independently and covered all costs ourselves for nearly five full months as a sign of genuine commitment to the community’s values.
Our key achievements so far include:
Developing and launching a dedicated Arabic Zcash academy (This represents one of our most important launches to date, as the educational experience is fully interactive. We developed simulation-based games that allow users to live the experience end-to-end and become an active part of the Zcash ecosystem.)
Developing and launching a dedicated Arabic Zcash website.
Establishing two local partnerships and engaging in discussions with global projects such as Axelar, Zetachain, and others regarding collaborations involving Zcash.**
-** Growing our community to 400 Twitter followers and 200 Telegram members
- Achieving 200-500 views on most Twitter posts.
Consistently generating 200–400 views per video.
Ranking many of our articles and videos on the first page of Google search results.
Publishing numerous Arabic articles, videos, and educational resources, as well as hosting several community events.
Our team has already demonstrated the expertise and execution capability required to deliver meaningful results. With grant support, we will scale our efforts, deepen ecosystem engagement, and accelerate the onboarding of new users and partnerships into Zcash.
After a productive meeting with the ZGC and ZecHub teams last week, we would like to thank all members for their valuable help, recommendations, and support.
Based on this discussion, we will begin translating some of the current and upcoming ZecHub guides and articles and publishing them in our academy using a gamified format in Arabic language. This approach will ensure high-quality, accurate content while also adding interactive and gamification elements that enhance engagement and improve learning outcomes.

Localization and Community Management: We translated and published the latest Zcash news and ecosystem updates to make the project more accessible to Arabic-speaking audiences. In addition, we actively managed our growing community on Telegram and X by answering questions, sharing valuable resources, and fostering discussions to keep members informed and engaged.
Educational Content: We translated and shared 10 high-quality educational materials from ZecHub and made infographics and videos.
The Academy is Growing: Our educational reach continues to expand. We’ve officially surpassed the 124-student mark, signaling a growing appetite for deep dives into our ecosystem.
Community call: Hosted a community call attended by 40 participants, offering insights into Zcash’s technology, use cases, and privacy-focused mission.
