After addressing all ZCG concerns and clarifying the misunderstanding regarding the previous grant’s scope of work, we confirmed that the agreed deliverables had already been completed by our team.
We are pleased to present our proposal ZcashArabia (May to September 2026), following the progress and success we have achieved in recent periods. Building on this momentum, we aim to continue strengthening and expanding a long-term engaged Arabic-speaking Zcash ecosystem.
Our focus for this phase is to further develop a regional presence for Zcash by expanding educational initiatives, supporting developer engagement, and growing community-driven activities that serve both users and builders. We also aim to build a loyal and engaged community, while recognizing and rewarding active and committed contributors within the ecosystem.
ZCG has voted to approve milestone 1 of this grant while rejecting the remaining milestones. @ZArabia , FPF will provide details on next steps shortly via a Forum direct message.
Started promoting the 3rd edition of the ZecHub Hackathon through our website, X, and Telegram channels.
Organized an online webinar introducing the ZecHub Hackathon, including its tracks, prizes, and opportunities. More than 37 people attended.
Translated Chapters 4 to 8 of MFZ into Arabic.
Translated all articles into Arabic and published them on our website with dedicated PR. This work was not limited to translation only, but also included redesigning and restructuring the articles to make them easier to read and visually appealing for Arabic audiences.
Engaged with ZcashHub-related posts on X, translated important updates, and republished them in Arabic.

Announced our support for the Red·Bridge project as a node operator, contributing to the development of a secure and decentralized bridge connecting Zcash with other blockchain networks.
Translated the whole Q1 Report from the Zcash Foundation Into Arabic
Collaborating with ZcashNames to host an AMA session this month/early next month in our Telegram community, helping Arabic users learn more about the project and ask questions directly.
Currently in discussions to organize additional partnerships and AMA sessions with several ecosystem projects.
Some Achievements this month
Launched two new sections in the academy: Learn Rust and Security & Privacy.
These sections were designed to build a structured learning path that helps develop a new generation of Arabic-speaking developers capable of contributing to Zcash-related tools, infrastructure, and applications.
The Security section also focuses on educating users about wallet security, operational security, and best practices for safely interacting with blockchain technologies.
Participated in community cultural engagement by sharing Eid Al-Adha greetings with our audience, strengthening community bonds and fostering a more connected and inclusive environment within the Arabic-speaking Zcash community.
Launched the “Eidiya” event with rewards and merch giveaways to encourage community members to use shielded addresses and Zodl wallet.

Actively managed our growing community on Telegram and X by answering questions, sharing valuable resources, fostering discussions, and keeping community members informed about the latest ecosystem developments.
Translated and published the latest Zcash news and ecosystem updates in Arabic to make the project more accessible to Arabic-speaking audiences.
