Dear Zcash Community.

We are super excited to share our first milestone - January/2023.

We have mostly been working this first month on building a lot of new things into the community, also as announced Zcon Voices will occur in Brazil, and we are working hard to make this event great.
The following report is following our Zcash Brazil 2023 proposal standard:

Highlights:

  • Zcon Voices (Zcon Vozes Brazil): It has been an amazing journey with this event, we are managing and iterating daily.
  • We did a Partnership with the Privacy Map channel until December/2023: https://www.youtube.com/@PrivacyMap - a dedicated channel for privacy on the web, a pioneer in Brazil.
  • A Brazilian member did a video about Zcash (Portuguese), 4500 views: “Zcash adoption is inevitable. You have been advised” https://youtu.be/YV61UscMpv4
  • Zcash Social Media increased 26,5% this month.
  • The new podcast & Social media platforms of Zcash Brazil.
  • Two new Brazilians member is now ZecHub DAO members (Mine & Vito).
  • New identities for Zcon Vozes made by the design team, and much more.

  • We had 3 meetings with Zcash Foundation to discuss Zcon Vozes, in which Samara participate as an English speaker.
  • We had many meetings this month with speakers and partners at the Zcon Vozes event.

Milestone 1 - USD value of payout upon completion of deliverables: $3434

Zcash Brazil Team compensation:

  • @michae2xl & @samara, @e-zec - up to $1250/month for expenses with hours worked as a country manager, public relations, and social media moderator in Brazil.
  • @mine & @Iogy - up to $1100/month for expenses with hours worked as Design Team in Brazil.
  • @vito - up to $1000/month for expenses with hours worked as Community/Social Media Manager and Content Creator in Brazil.

Total January: $3350

Costs with systems, programs, and community in January/2023

  • Pool ticket: $6 - month / 12x = $72 year
  • Canva: $8 - month / 12x = $96 year
  • Adobe: $24 - month / 12x = $288 year
  • Linktree: $5 - month / 12x = $60 year
  • Discord: $41 - month / 12x = $492 year

Total January: 84$

(You will be paid out in ZEC based on the USD market price at payout time.)
Note: We are also receiving compensation from the Zcash Foundation for organizing Zcon Vozes, as expenses (reimbursement), etc.
