Nice start, especially seeing the shift from one-time engagement to consistent participation, which is usually the hardest part. The leaderboard seems to be kind of top-heavy to me, which could discourage some new users over time (I could be wrong). Maybe introducing tiered rewards or streak-based incentives could help mid-level contributors stay motivated.
