T.S. has been active in every corner of the community, from user research surveys and interviews to community calls and online events. Always there to support when few show up, and always with thoughtful insights and a grounded perspective. Not a passive observer in an ivory tower; he’s been in the trenches for a long time. And he’s just a good human. This would be a huge win for the whole community.
