hi, good mornig, i’m new here, i downloaded the zecwallet lite wallet recently to test it, however when trying to withdraw the balance from the wallet i get the following message "Successfully Broadcast Transaction
Transaction was successfully broadcast. TXID: undefined ", and no transactions happen, I’ve tried dozens of times, however, to no avail.
I will state the obvious here but I’ve seen cases where it happened to others.
Are you sure the recipient address is a Zcash address (and not Zcoin, Zencash or other derivatives)?
Try sending to one of your own addresses. Does this work?
I’m not saying this is definitely the case here. Just want to rule it out.
yes, I’m sure, I tested 2 addresses from two different exchanges.
Depending on your platform, find the file zecwallet-light-wallet.debug.log and post the log lines from when the error occurs.

I think I may have found your problem. Can you try the following:
- Send funds to your own z address
- Wait for 5 confirmations
- Send funds to whatever address you were originally sending to.
I think you’re running into an edge case bug. Can you let me know if the above steps work?
