I have zcash4win can it mine cryptocurrency also? If so how? I’ve not found a guide on how to do it. I’m using nheqminer but it’s going to nicehash.

You can’t mine with zcash4win. The program is only a wallet for storing your zcash, and sending and receiving.
As far as I know, Nicehash will pay you in bitcoins, no matter which currency you mine with them. In order to get zcash that way you have to buy ZEC with the BTC you mine on an exchange.
If you want to mine zcash directly and have an nVidia gpu, the best miner that I know of would be the EWBF miner.
