Does anyone know if the mining guide at minezcash.com works in whonix?
Whonix is a cool version of Linux, as far as I know you will be the first to try running Zcash on it.
The errors usually come into play when compiling, I have had to abandon Mint due to bugs. But Ubuntu, Lubuntu, and Ubuntu Server work just fine.
You could give it a go and report back.
