I just read this description of BTC Gold fork So what is a Bitcoin Gold Fork?
with the introduction of an equihash variant of BTC one can hope that the feared migration of eth miners to Zcash when eth goes to proof of stake MAY not be as bad as initially feared.

anyone else want to comment?
