Critical Error on Zcash4win startup

I have as well gotten the error (code 1), but now my wallet keeps saying “Daemon is taking too long to start”, even after a reinstall, could anyone help?

FIXED with @squirrel1311 's solution of disabledeprecation=1.0.12 in the zcash.conf file.
