i’ve seen this double amount thing in Jaxx wallet as well a week ago or so. But corrected itself after couple of minutes i think.
This is what im talking about… I’ve restarted the wallet multiple times idk what to do… because i know i didn’t have that much ZEC when i made the transfer… Cryptonators site only shows one transaction…
if you have 2 different Transaction ID i think cryptonator send you the coins 2 times, you can try to send all zec to another adress to see if the money is really there.
But that’s what i don’t understand when i pull the transaction from cryptonator there is only one transaction ID for the 0.64 amount… I was thinking about just sending all the ZEC back to cryptonator uninstalling then reinstalling zcash4win to see if it corrects itself… because i honestly really don’t know what to do…
if you click the transaction in your zcash4win wallet a menu opens and one of the options is to see the transaction in the explorer, check if both go to the same ID.
Ok, just tried and the zcash4win wallet shows two transaction ID’s
in that case it was an error from cryptonator, they sent you 2 times the coins , lucky 
so then what should i do? because the correct amount i should have is exactly 0.71629881 Zec…
you need to contact cryptonator support if you want to send back the extra coins. probably they thank you for report the error and let you keep the coins
i emailed them about the transaction yesterday… i received what looked to be an auto generated email… if i don’t hear from them via email soon i will attempt to recontact them… if they did end up letting me keep the coins that would be awesome but i do not expect it… just wanna make everything right that’s all… 
There is no “letting you keep the coins” in blockchain land, there’s no way for THEM to reverse the txn, what happens is up to YOU…sounds like the card in the game of Monopoly, “bank error in your favor”, lol
well i ended up being unlucky in the end because i transferred back some coins to they’re site and they got lost somewhere… made the transfer 2 days ago and they are still not on cryptonators site…
idk if you have been paying attention to website. they say that they have sync problems on zcash wallet and it will be fixed

Yes, i did end up noticing that the other day… hoping all is fixed once they get they’re issues resolved…
