Zcash4win not arriving

i installed zcash4win on my pc

seems simple. i also have monero and dash PC wallets on my PC so i am familiar
and i use them etc

as a test, i sent 0.2 zec to my new pc wallet zcash4win

and it never arrives. on the blockchain it says its been verified

any suggestions?

i dont want to keep my zec in binance. so i thought this zcash4win wallet would be safer

but it doesnt seem to work

Has the wallet synced 100%? If not wait until it has to see that transaction.
