zcash4win was deprecated and that software will no longer work. You’ll need to update to the latest WinZEC for it to work https://winzec.com/.
Better yet, just download zec-qt-wallet and it’ll use your existing wallet Releases · ZcashFoundation/zecwallet · GitHub
