If Zcash will release GPU miner, how about those running Ubuntu on a virtualbox? Haven’t seen a successful passthrough.
Any suggestion from the dev? Most zcash installation tutorials utilize virtualbox on windows host. Thanks
Making it a complete linux system instead of running on a VM is another option. But there are certain accommodation that I personally would like to utilize and make good use of if its on windows host. I hope I could get a clarity on this.
Just go native linux. It’s so much easier to manage than windows, eg. whenever you reinstall your system you don’t need to reinstall your home directory, you can just mount it separately.
