Difference between Nvidia 1060 3GB and 6GB? First Rig

Hi All,

I’m looking to build my first mining rig, my budget is kind of limited.

I´m interested in the 1060 series, but my questions is: Is there a big difference in perfomance between the 3GB and 6GB cards? Does GPU memory has a big influence on hash rate?

Apparently, the 6GB models have slightly faster memory. I haven’t noticed too much of a difference once the cards are overclocked and power-limited. If you’re optimizing for payback, go for the 3GB cards.
