Exercise, interviewing people on the streets about Zcash

Greetings, Zcashers!

I have started doing an experiment: interviewing people in the streets of several cities in Spain, to see if they know about cryptocurrencies, if they know about Bitcoin, Zcash, or others.

This is the first video, but I have already recorded 3 videos (which I have in editing), and even in the street I have taught how to install a wallet and send some ZEC.

I have run into few people who speak English, so the video is mostly in Spanish (but you can use the YouTube translator).

Notice that nobody (so far) knows Zcash. It’s a challenge, and a good exercise for all the community work I plan to do in Spain.

Thanks for the support, and the suggestions.

Education and information is the way!

Thanks for your words!

Although it was my first video of this kind and I was a bit nervous, the idea is to get people talking about privacy, and its importance. And why not, if they want to learn, do a quick setup of a live Zcash wallet (it will depend on people’s time).

It’s a huge challenge to get people to learn about Zcash. But did you notice a common response? People are afraid, and they feel they need EDUCATION. That’s a very valuable piece of information for all communities.

Let’s keep going!

love the video format. could have some improvements tho.
the intro instead of your questions could have 2-3 max most fun responses or something similar.

I wish I had the courage to talk openly about cryptocurrencies, to expose myself without fear. I don’t have that courage and I think it’s really cool that people aren’t afraid to expose themselves. You do an excellent job and I believe that the seed you plant can germinate, even if it’s not everyone, but one or two will be interested, whether it’s those who participated in the interview or those who watched the video on YouTube, the seed always germinates, someone will really research it and start to have a genuine interest.
