Failed transaction issue

Hello, I made a transfer from my Zashi Wallet to an exchange, but the transaction is showing as failed. However, the funds are still not visible in my account. I tried re-syncing on a new device, but it didn’t fix the issue. I currently can’t access Discord. Is there anyone who can help?

hello ive just had the same issue as the guy above (on this thread from last year).

Please help me. I’ve just sent my zcash from Zashi to Binance and the transaction showed as ‘failed’ but now my Zashi wallet shows as empty! I used the QR code wallet address from my Binance account. It hasn’t shown up in my Binance account. I need clarification as to whether or not the transaction shows as failed or successful from your end?? OR how to locate my zcash?

I’ve also emailed the ‘support@electriccoin.co’ adress and its returning as a failed email adress..
