How I can mine Zcash now on Windows?
Coins mined in testnet now will real for real Zcashnetwork?

All coins now will be worthless when 1.0 is released.

They will be destroyed or after release 1.0 mining will begin in a real network ?

Right now we are on a test blockchain, when 1.0 is released the test blockchain will be deleted and will begin a new Network with Genesis block… There is no pre-mine, pre-mine is not possible because of Trusted Setup.
