When you say “Zcash app” - can you give more details such as what is it called? Is it a wallet like Jaxx?
You can currently only transfer fiat money into Paypal (such as US Dollars, Euros, etc) - so you would need to convert ZEC to USD via an exchange like Kraken or Poloneix.
Poloniex does not convert to USD
