Their implementations are slower for the time being.

From my experience (so far) this company IS a scam. I paid for a contract before zcash launched. I havenât received a single payout. At first, they answered emails immediately. They kept pushing off how long it would take for payouts.
I asked for a refund. Their responses changed. They told me I should have known there were risks, and that it was somehow my fault for trusting them to follow through on their promises. They eventually admitted that there was an issue on their end. I asked again if - given the circumstances, and that they admit it was their mistake - if I could please have a refund.
They agreed to forward the request to their sales team. They then closed my support ticket, and havenât answered a single email since.
I have NO IDEA whatâs going on, but from where I sit at the moment, this company is absolutely a scam that has taken me for a ride to the tune of about $300. Iâm just glad I didnât spend more.
For me everything worked good they paid now every dayâŚ
Well I invested after all. Rewards are pretty good (roughly on par with my mining rewards) with less hassle ofcourse 
Genesis IS a scam they say their contracts operate under German law but have very little regard for it.
One of the ways they get away with it is that they have an army of people promoting them which i now understand they reward through their coupon codes. Their is no reason why they canât refund contracts that wonât begin for a month especially if you asked for a refund very soon after signing up
without any market price changes.

Does anyone have feedback on working with Genesis Mining? I am considering building out my own machines but weighing the risk vs reward of just doing it through a cloud mining provider. Looking for tangible examples if you have any.
Just read the GM thread. It is full of complaints because GM isnât upgrading the contracts enough despite more efficient mining software.
My 3 BTC rig is beating my 30 BTC genesis mining contract.
Donât buy the contracts for now.

Definitely would not recommend GM for Zcash (or any mining contract for that matter). I spent $2500 on a contract and at current payout rates Iâll get my money back in 13 years. i.e. I get 50cents per day. Completely ridiculous. Huge mistake buying into their hype about how good they are at miningâŚWRONG! they are not.

âSales Teamâ??? Are you kidding, right? What âteamâ? This is a one or two persons scam, as any other âcloud miningâ enterprise out there.
Iâm not sure scam is the right word. It just a very poor deal.
A very basic test, if the up front price is higher then the number of coins you will mine based on the current rate, buying the coins now directly instead of mining is by far a better option, if you want to gamble on the price increasing. I assume anyone looking at a 1 year investment is hoping the price will be increasing.
If you spending enough to build a rig itâs likely to be better to do it yourself in most cases, if you have the ability to do so.
If you want to buy hash rate, bidding on hicehashâs site for instant hash other than a contract is probably the best way to go, as the average rate is usually below the value of the coins being mined, and you can stop at any time. As long as you can do basic maths, there is profit to be made. (If you canât do basic maths, alt coin investment isnât for you.)
