Wow! Version 7.0 increase speed of HD7970 to 154 H/s!!! And speed of all my pool inreased from 380 H/s to 533 H/s!!!
Which restart flag are you using? The one that restarts the miner or the one that reboots the machine?
I use the latest driver with my 6x rx 480 rig. For the most part it is stable, however every now and then two of my GPUs stop responding (can see this in the log file). If I ignore it or just restart the miner the whole machine eventually crashes.
I’ve had great results using the -r 1 parameter which calls reboot.bat to restart the whole rig, not just the miner, when it notices cards stop responding.
Using that parameter with a start.bat and reboot.bat file has been keeping my rig up 24x7.
See my posts above for more details or check out the Readme file in the miner directory.
Version 7 is out.
My 6x XFX RX 480 rig just hit over 1KH/s!
@datruck Are your RX 480s the Reference style?
270h/s Fury X
235h/s Fury
170h/s Rx480
No, not reference. I believe I have the XFX RX 480 8GB XXX edition.
Cool thanks. Yeah, I can’t get my reference RX 480s even close to that. Will do some more testing. Thanks!
Same ones I have
54c 50% fan on Claymore V7.0 topping out at around 172h/s on stock
Seems the power consumption is up its bouncing between 80-110w (+50w for the board)
we are closing into the TDP of the cards
OK. Claymore v7 is now better on my rig than Optiminer. 4x 7970, Win8.1, Catalyst 16.10, Intel i7-3820
Claymore v7: 666 sols average (650 without devfee), power usage on the wall 820W, cpu usage about 8%
Optiminer v0.3.4: 507 sols average, power 780W, cpu usage about 27%
Please consider this topic : Mining Configuration Info VS Output Performance for output perfromance.
My output from XFX RX 480.
Thank you!
MSI R7950 163Sol/s! Great.
200sols/s (20characters)
R9 nano V7 results anyone ?
Fury doing 235 h/s Fury X doing 270 h/s so somewhere around 240 is my guess
R9 Nano 245 H/s with -8% Power limit and -96 mV core (157W max)
Is that the wattage from GPUz ?
If it is add 50w for the board so 207w
seems to take a lot of watts
where screenshot your gpu-z ?
Jumps from 80-110w every other second + 50w on the board so average of around 145W per RX480 unless the board uses less than 50w.
