Q: When using the NiceHash Windows miner, can you pause or stop the miner, reboot your system, then resume where you left off?
Also suggestions for best mining pool? Thanks much.

yes, when you restart, it gets new work from the network. this miner only works with nicehash pool, check out ocminer or feeleep’s version for their pools.
So the current linux version in the repo does not support GPU mining?
nicehash not going to release source code of cuda miner, don’t know why, their windows binaries already patched for other pools. I think this is because they want to win gpu miner contest(they have fastest cuda miner 30 s/s on 1070). The silent army version is very unstable, and you can 45 s/s only when running two instances of miner, and it is a question - are this 45 s/s real, or it is calculation issues(one instance gives 25 s/s). I can’t get it working on my windows amd rig(7x470)
Special thanks? A decent donation would be in order. These days thanks dont count much.
Need the new version =S
Can we expect a AMD release tonight?
Is it true someone is getting 6sol/s per thread on cpu now?
I get 6.25/thread running - t 6 with the 0.2a release on my i7 6700k @ 4.5GHz, and 5.68/thread stock at 4.0GHz
how much ram do you have in your pc? I have an i7 6700 (accidentally ordered a locked instead if a k but was too in a hurry to game to return it lol) but unfortunately I only have one 8gb stick of DDR4 right now. I think it may be bottlenecking my CPU.
SilentArmy almost finishes miner with tromp OpenCL optimizations.
Mine 390’s are now at 41 S/s.
I have 32GB DDR 4 at 3000MHz with tight timings, but haven’t watched them to see what’s being utilized
Yeah I’m almost sure mine is be throttled because of my lack or Ram. It is basically needling what the system is not using and what’s not kept in reserve. I gotta get me another stick on it’s way asap lol. Wouldn’t be an issue if my damn Radeon 6970 GPUs weren’t out of date to use the OpenCL miner.
could you post a link to that miner?
run 0.2.0
is it hardcoded to a specific pool?
Yes, coinsforall.io.
And try not to forget about 4% fee.
Will be better…
.
Will current miners work on mainnet ?
