There should be directions on the Github page.
You should use Claymoreâs miner on Windows. It has a 2.5% dev fee instead of 15% and worked faster as well.
According to posts over on the SAv5 bitcointalk.org thread, Marc is busy getting a new version ready, coding is complete, and heâs tweaking parameters before releasing it. Sounds like a day or two and we might see v6!!!
Itâs not Marc but Zawawa whoâs coding a new version.
And here I thought he had just chosen a different forum ID.
Marc has same ID in both forums. Heâs too busy to code right now he stated in the thread. But Other devs were helping . Zawawa build a windows port and now tries to improve speed.
Congrats on winning the GPU Open Source Challenge!
The $10K should hopefully help with moving expenses!
Hello all,
I am finally back online for good after my move. Itâs good timing that this coincides with learning that I won the $10k Zcash miner challenge prize, as it can justify to the wife that the time I spent working on it so far was worth it
I am now working on optimizations that will bring SA to the performance level of Claymore & Optiminer. In fact I spent a few hours on this already over the past week or so, but more work is needed.
@tychotithonus Thanks!
Congratulations man! I like your miner the best. Good luck
Congratulations âmrbâ
Welcome back!

I hope you do a closed source with some kind of api so others can connect to your engine.
That way your work wonât be stolen but you still can contribute to others who want to take up your work.
This is exciting good times ahead for miners
sweet, glad your back, we missed you
As much as Iâm excited to see your new work, family always comes first. Iâm glad you consider them.
Cheers
@mrb
Can we get something new and âshinyâ, please?
Donât want to switch to Win 10, but CM v9 is at least 20% faster than even OM v0.6, not to mention the venerable SA5.
You have a new competitor, currently the fastest miner for nvidia.
Itâs only for Nvidia or it works on amd as well.
Only for nvidia.

Anyone have a clue why all of the sudden the only way silentarmy crashes as a normal user, but works fine as root?
This originally wasnât the case, but after a reboot this started.
