Mining Network Usage

Is mining take a lot of networks? Because I see on graf my Z9 take 70Mbps. Can it be true? After I restart it back in normal. But I see some guys make mining 70 kSol but my going max 60 kSol, but at last time he has so low rate around 40kSol.
