I have a place where the electricity cost is really low but the connection speed is about 200kb/s for both download and upload. Can such low speed fulfill the mining requirements?
(two nvidia gtx 1070ti cards,1000 sol/s)
For that setup it should be fine. Easiest way is to try it!
An alternative could be mobile connection, TP LINK makes some very cheap but durable SIM routers (from 30$)
