No. The pool works and provides the best solution possible. However, nobody knows about it practically, so there is not enough hash to effectively extract the blocks.

The whole forum knows about it though. Why is it so low right now?
It was finding approximately 1 block per day. Unfortunately just as it did before all of the latest rounds of updates, that only lasted a few days and then the luck just entirely drops off. I left after 63 hours of no blocks found.
These guys are doing a fantastic job with the pool but there’s just no incentive to stay there. I’ve said this numerous times now. If you want to move a good chunk of miners from Flypool, you’re gonna need to offer a really good incentive. Otherwise this pool will end up minerless (like so many before it). The problem is in finding the right incentive. Low pool fees is not really an incentive when you don’t have the hashrate to bring in the blocks. Luckpool gives 1 ZEC to the finder and even that isn’t enough to persuade miners away from Flypool (I don’t even understand why to be honest. That’s a pretty sweet incentive!)
It sucks because this pool is great and they’re working hard developing it. It’s all going to be for nothing unless they can get at least 10-20 MSol/s consistently.

Ah thank you. And random question since I never even thought of this before, if a miner has 1M sol/s and a pool has 1M Sol/s, do they both have the same chance of finding a block?
its low because Nicehash is offline due to their wallet getting hacked (62 million usd) and Guru can not buy hash time from them to increase the pool
Currenly using Asia1 pool. Faster ping than my nanopool before 312ms now only 43ms. Nice work Dude.

Well nice hash is back, so I’ve moved my rig back to zpool, hopefully someone well rent some hashing power and we can mine some blocks again
