I noticed the round time too, wasn’t sure if thats normal or not but as it stands am hashing avg 0.1 khs faster than flypool, good stuff

@Laszlo any update on the round duration? My rewards are getting lesser and lesser and this round just seems to go on forever!

The ‘Estimated reward’ is an estimate, as the title suggests.
@sreeharsha.k8 - The estimated reward is the calculation of the rewards that come from finding a block (10 ZEC) divided by the total number of shares involved in the current calculation multiplied by your shares. You see in your screenshot that you have made a rounded contribution of 0.15%, and 10 ZEC * 0.15% is the number you see (you see a more precise number than the percentage, as that is rounded). The calculation is correct. The issue is that we have not found a block in over a day, and that is directly due to the fact that we have only a small pool hashrate.
As @TripleMiss correctly stated, we need more hash. As it currently stands, Flypool has an insanely large share of the total global hashrate, and that is a problem. We hope more will join us and the entire Zcash network will become decentralized and therefore fair as well as secure again.
@Autotunafish - same issue with the round time. We need more hashrate. Help us and we will together get there. Last week we had two days with 4 blocks per day (26th and 27th of October) and we were rocking. The maximum we had in 24h so far were 5 blocks, at which point I was dancing on my office table because we achieved that with less than 3 MH/s. Luck was on our side. Not so much this week.

I think we need to be fair. Flypool is a great pool. They are doing a fantastic job supporting the Zcash community and I would not want them to disappear.
Instead, I suggest we lobby that no pool should have more than 40% of the global network hashrate. Maybe we can call this the 40% Pledge?
We need to go to regional forums where discussing mining and tell the guys there is such a wonderful pool of GURU, that is young, but actively developing and that they could mine with us, then this competition will be even more interesting, and we will all to get profit from this! 
Lazlo, your team needs to do the same. At least until very few people know about GURU. And then, when people like it, and it will certainly happen, we all can sit and drink tea for the continuation of the excellent work! 
Im going look for everyone who wants to come here, but still does not know about it.

I see we found a block but nothing came to my unconfirmed balance and that the whole unconfirmed balance is with the block founders t address currently is this a bug?

I tested pool but nothing reward first 10min big reward but next 50min nothing.

We had a small bug with payouts that was fixed within an hour. We have a 24h development team that is constantly monitoring the system. Any issues are usually found quickly and corrected ASAP. Everyone will always be paid correctly and we will always put our customers first. As we also run the successful hosting company ‘GPU Hosting,’ we are able to have the best possible monitoring and development teams working on this pool.
We need constantly higher hashrates to continue tonfind blocks. Our hashrate went to almost 5 MH/s when we found the block and we need that much continuously to keep finding blocks. We believe that 10 MH/s is the magic number that will start showing very healthy daily rewards. We need everyone’s trust and help to get there.

But im not sure what is the public ip adress of my worker? Where can i see that?

Yes, we are crying too. Then again, last week was super high. As long as we are below 10 MH/s we will see some great days and some terrible days. In average, we are happy. We need more hashrate and we will be even happier.
I created a discussion yesterday at the Russian forum, where I invited new participants. I was first groundlessly criticized, as if I were the administrator of the GURU and stealing the blocks, although those people do not know anything about GURU, and then they deleted my topic.
The administrator of that forum did not answer my question, what was the reason for the removal.
Foolish people.

The issue is that most miners are inexperienced in business and at times have a big ego. I witnessed such behavior before and hope people grow up.

We just found our 2nd block for today. Not bad, with our low hashrate.
We have spikes when people connect large hashrates. What we need are miners that connect and keep the hashrate with us.
Let us grow this pool together!
