NVIDIA GTX 970 = 50 Sol/s

not really its known that 1080 has poort perf due to changes in memory mostly

The GTX 1080 gets better performance than the GTX 1070 with zcminer.

GTX 950M gets 18 Sol/s on Win10.
GTX 980M gets 34 Sol/s on Win10.

So, mobile maxwells are fully supported too.

So if I understand it correctly, this software can’t be used on suprnova and I can’t actually hold Zcash with it, I get BTC?

And meanwhile the AMD cards and community have taken the lead and their mining software is open source?

I need to buy some GPU’s and wanted to go for Nvidea but jeez I almost shot myself in the foot it seems.

I got this… How to fix it?

[00:19:28][0x00001a64][warning] miner#2 | Unable to alloc locked pages (err=1314); performance will be degraded
[00:19:28][0x00001b48][warning] miner#1 | Unable to alloc locked pages (err=1314); performance will be degraded

Just ignore it, it is just a warning.

Tested out miner, goes from 320 to 380sols 6x 1070s. Not close to 66 sols. Also after running the miner for longer then about 10 minutes the GPUs have sporadic utilization where it sits at 95% for 10s and then drops to 0% for a second or two and then back to 95%. It’s not throttling and it’s not TDP.

Pagefile and CPU utilization is minimal.

You can try async mode, but it will put more load on PCIE bus (I would not recommend if running with x1 risers).

Miner fails to start.

[19:50:33][0x00000ca0][error] This miner can only run on AVX capable CPU(s). Set ‘-t 0’ to disable CPU mining.

My GPU is gtx 1060. Any ideas why?

SERIOUSLY … YOU CANT READ !!!

Its actually expleaned in the error …

CPU Intel Celeron G1840 2.80GHz

C:\Users\gtx1060\Downloads>eqm -u my_btc_address_edited -t 0 -cd 0 -t 0
No AVX for this CPU.

Already tried that, didn’t change anything. I’ll check out the PCIE numbers though. ZC’s miner also has a similar oscillating GPU utilization issue, it happens maybe every 5s, but it lasts less then a second. Of course his miner also uses 100% CPU.

Sure, I get it. But I thought since the CPU mining is being disabled it should run with the GPU at least.

-e 2 -t 0 -p 0

i can mine fine without issues or using that same celeron CPU

not true, latest release doenst have that

what does your command line looks like?

-t 0 -p 0 -cd 0

works, thanks crosswire.

no problem however please read topics there are enough topics where loads of examples are posted

For CPU mining use nheqminer
