One miner has mined 7/11 blocks ever mined on r4 testnet?

Probably interpreting this wrongly but it looks like one miner is having a lucky streak. How is this possible given the massive increase in hashrate and competition from other miners?

Suprnova has 72,009.39 H/s or around 80% of the network so they will mine roughly 80% of the rewards

miner farm o pool, check hashrate of coinmine suprova etc.
